Description

Delicious and easy grilled shrimp foil packs with baby potatoes and corn, seasoned with Old Bay.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 pound baby potatoes (halved)
  • 2 ears corn (cut into thirds)
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, potatoes, corn, Old Bay seasoning, melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic.
  3. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the shrimp mixture evenly among them.
  4. Fold the foil over the mixture to create sealed packets.
  5. Place the foil packs on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the potatoes are tender.
  6. Carefully open the foil packs, allowing steam to escape.
  7. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the shrimp mixture.
  • You can customize vegetables based on what you have on hand.
