Delicious and easy grilled shrimp foil packs with baby potatoes and corn, seasoned with Old Bay.
Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 pound baby potatoes (halved)
- 2 ears corn (cut into thirds)
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, potatoes, corn, Old Bay seasoning, melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the shrimp mixture evenly among them.
- Fold the foil over the mixture to create sealed packets.
- Place the foil packs on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the potatoes are tender.
- Carefully open the foil packs, allowing steam to escape.
- Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the shrimp mixture.
- You can customize vegetables based on what you have on hand.
