Description

A simple and delicious sautéed zucchini and mushrooms recipe, perfect as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchinis and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Add zucchini, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until zucchini is tender.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
