Description

A delicious and quick baked berry granola dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat granola cereal

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray an 8 oz. ramekin with cooking spray.
  2. Add berries, brown sugar, and cinnamon to the ramekin and stir to combine.
  3. Sprinkle the berry mixture with the granola cereal.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
