Description

A delicious and healthy treat made from Medjool dates, nuts, and cacao. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional toppings: cacao nibs, shredded coconut, chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Soak the Medjool dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften, then drain.
  2. Add walnuts and almonds to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add dates, cacao powder, vanilla, and salt. Process until mixture is sticky and forms a dough.
  4. Press mixture firmly into a parchment-lined pan.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Slice into squares and serve.
