Description

A delightful and buttery garlic toast made with Texas-sized bread, perfect for soaking up all that delicious garlic butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf Texas toast (The bigger the better for soaking up all that garlic butter)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F for the final crisping step.
  2. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl until blended.
  3. Spread the garlic butter evenly on both sides of the Texas toast loaf slices.
  4. Place slices on a baking sheet, avoiding overlap.
  5. Add a small amount of water or broth inside the pressure cooker and place the baking sheet inside without submerging the bread.
  6. Seal the pressure cooker lid, let it cook, then transfer to the oven for 10-15 minutes until the toast is golden brown and crispy.
