- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey for a leaner option)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup sliced olives (optional)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup salsa
- Fresh cilantro for garnishing (optional)
Instructions
- Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a small amount of water. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Roll out the pre-made pizza crust according to the package instructions and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Evenly distribute the seasoned beef mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the taco meat layer.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, top the pizza with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and olives.
- Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the top for an extra burst of flavor.
- Finish with fresh cilantro if desired, and slice into squares or wedges.
