- Pipe the Pastry: Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a large round tip. Pipe small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown and dry. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Prepare the Cream Filling: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Cream Puffs: Slice the cooled puffs in half horizontally. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream into the bottom halves. Layer sliced strawberries over the cream and place the top halves back on.
- Dust with Sugar: Lightly dust the tops with powdered sugar before serving.
