- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in sliced strawberries.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Grease a muffin tin and layer bread cubes in each cup.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
- Add cream cheese and strawberry mixture on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
