Description

A delicious creamy spaghetti dish with flank steak and broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2 cups broccoli crowns
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Slice the flank steak into strips and cook in the skillet until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add broccoli crowns to the skillet and stir until they are tender.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
  6. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.
  • For a healthier option, you can substitute half of the heavy cream with milk.
