Description

This slow cooker creamy chicken recipe is an easy and delicious meal that cooks to perfection while you go about your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder over the chicken.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth and pour over chicken. Place cream cheese on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  4. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker and mix with sauce until well combined.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or sandwich buns.

  • This dish is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
