- 1 oz packet of dry Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Place the frozen meatballs in your 6-quart crock pot in an even single layer.
- Add the butter, brown sugar, and Italian dressing mix.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3 – 4 hours or on the high setting for 2 hours, stirring with a rubber spatula to coat evenly, and to prevent burning.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or spooned over rice or noodles for a full meal.
