Description

Delicious air fryer cheeseburgers made with juicy ground beef and your favorite cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound 80/20 ground chuck beef (or 4 pre-made patties)
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Weber Burger Seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 slices cheese (any)
  • 4 buns

Instructions

  1. Season the ground beef with the liquid smoke, Worcestershire, burger seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Form 4 burger patties.
  2. Place the burgers in the air fryer. I cooked mine two at a time.
  3. Cook the burgers for 8 minutes on 360 degrees.
  4. Open the air fryer and flip the burgers. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Use a meat thermometer to test doneness. 125 degrees rare, 135 degrees medium rare, 145 degrees for medium, 155 degrees for medium-well, and 160 degrees for well done.
  6. Top each burger with a slice of cheese. Cook for an additional two minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  7. Serve on buns.
