- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- If using, fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and a knife comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
