Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Warm the tortillas briefly so they’re easier to roll without cracking.
- Spread a generous spoonful of pizza sauce onto the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then top with pepperoni slices.
- Add a pinch of Italian seasoning over each tortilla for that signature pizza flavor.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into burritos.
- Brush the outside with olive oil or melted butter.
- Bake in a 375°F oven for 10–15 minutes or pan-fry until golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly, slice in half if desired, and serve hot.
