Description
A delicious peppermint fudge made with white chocolate and a hint of peppermint extract.
Ingredients

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Red food coloring, a few drops
- 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan and add a few drops of red food coloring.
- Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the color throughout the fudge for a marbled effect.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Lift from pan, cut into squares, and serve or store.
Notes
- This fudge can be decorated with additional crushed peppermint candies on top for an extra festive touch.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
