A simple and delicious mac and cheese recipe with the added goodness of peas!
Ingredients

- 1 box Annies Mac and Cheese (or whichever brand you like)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes, or as directed on the box.
- Place the frozen peas into a colander in the sink.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain over the peas.
- Return the pot to the heat and turn the heat to low. Add the butter, milk, and cheese packet from the box. Whisk to combine and thicken for 15-30 seconds.
- Stir in the pasta and peas and serve warm.

- This recipe is versatile; you can add other vegetables or proteins as desired.
- For a creamier texture, add more milk or butter.
