A refreshing strawberry smoothie perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons sugar free condensed milk (can use Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup ice (crushed)
- 1/4 cup strawberries (frozen)
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, add your milk, condensed milk (or Greek yogurt), and ice, and blend until combined.
- Add the strawberries and blend until the desired texture is achieved.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy it immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
- For a thicker smoothie, use less milk.
- Fresh strawberries can be used instead of frozen for a different flavor.
