Description

A refreshing strawberry smoothie perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free condensed milk (can use Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup ice (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (frozen)

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender, add your milk, condensed milk (or Greek yogurt), and ice, and blend until combined.
  2. Add the strawberries and blend until the desired texture is achieved.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy it immediately.

Notes
