This chocolate almond toffee is a delightful treat, combining the rich flavors of white chocolate and almonds.

- 1 cup raw or roasted almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Flaky sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, sugar, and corn syrup until bubbly. Stir continuously.
- Cook until the mixture turns golden brown (8-10 minutes). Add chopped almonds and mix until coated.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth; pour over toffee and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while warm, then let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
