Description

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1 cup white rice (uncooked)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Combine lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice: Prepare white rice according to package instructions. Fluff and let cool slightly.
