Description
This delicious no-bake chocolate eclair dessert is a perfect treat for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 1 package (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 box (14 oz) graham crackers
- 1 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the instant pudding mix with the milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Layer half of the graham crackers in a 9×13 dish, followed by half of the pudding mixture.
- Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture, finishing with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Heat the heavy cream until hot but not boiling; pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- Refrigerating the dessert for a few hours or overnight will improve the texture.
- Feel free to top with additional whipped cream or chocolate shavings before serving.
