Ingredients

  • 3 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 package Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuit Mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
