Description
A delicious side dish of roasted baby potatoes tossed in garlic butter and topped with fresh parsley.
Ingredients

- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in half.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and add minced garlic. Simmer for about one minute until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with salt, pepper, and garlic butter until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- This recipe can be adjusted by adding your favorite herbs and spices.
- Make sure to not overcrowd the baking sheet for even cooking.
