Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups sliced button or cremini mushrooms
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets, slice mushrooms, and mince garlic.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the hot oil for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and vegetable broth, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
