A delicious and creamy garlic mashed potato dish, perfect as a side for any meal.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or milk)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into evenly sized chunks.
- Boil the potato chunks in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- In the last five minutes of cooking, add peeled garlic cloves.
- Drain the potatoes and garlic, then return them to the pot or mixing bowl.
- Mash until smooth, then mix in tahini, butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Serve warm, drizzled with extra tahini and garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- For extra creaminess, use milk instead of heavy cream.
- Fresh herbs can include parsley or chives for garnish.
