Description
This creamy tahini dressing is perfect for salads, drizzling over vegetables, or as a dip.
Ingredients

- ¼ cup tahini
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice (~1 large lemon)
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- dash black pepper
- ¼–⅓ cup water (more as needed to thin it out)
Instructions
- Option 1: Add all the dressing ingredients to a food processor and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth. Add more water to thin it out as needed.
- Option 2: Finely mince or grate the garlic. Then add all the dressing ingredients to a small bowl or measuring cup. Whisk until emulsified or use an immersion blender to smooth it out. Add more water to thin it out to your desired consistency.
Notes
- This dressing can be adjusted for thickness by adding more or less water.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
