Description

This delicious avocado toast topped with cottage cheese is a great breakfast or snack option.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ medium avocado
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey (optional for topping)
  • 2 slices sourdough bread (or your favorite bread)

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado half in a small bowl. Add the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Everything Bagel seasoning. Mix to combine.
  2. Toast your bread of choice. Top each piece of toast with the avocado mixture and spread it evenly.
  3. Add the cottage cheese on top of the avocado.
  4. Drizzle honey, hot honey, or balsamic glaze on top of the cottage cheese. Finish it off with an extra squeeze of lemon and Everything Bagel seasoning.
