A delicious combination of creamy brie and tangy cranberry sauce sandwiched between crispy rustic bread.
Ingredients

- 4 slices rustic bread
- 6 oz brie cheese (sliced)
- 0 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place bread butter-side down in the skillet and layer with brie and cranberry sauce.
- Top with remaining bread, butter-side up.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove, rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- This sandwich can be customized with additional ingredients, such as turkey or spinach.
- For a sweeter taste, consider adding honey to the sandwich.
