Description

These cookies are easy to make and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Beat the unsalted butter in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing just until combined.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then roll warm cookies in powdered sugar.
  9. Let cool completely and dust with an extra layer of powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • Chilling the dough helps to prevent the cookies from spreading too much.
  • Adjust baking time for desired softness or crispness.
