Description

Delicious chocolate chip cookie balls that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Room temperature, Unsalted)
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cup All-purpose flour (Heat treated)
  • 1 packet Vital Proteins Collagen peptides (Optional)
  • 23 tbsp Milk (Preferably whole but you can use 2% if that’s all you have)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips (Semisweet)
  • 2 cups Melted chocolate (Semisweet, Optional, For dipping balls)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  2. Add flour, collagen peptides (optional), milk and mix until just combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Chill the mixture for about 30-40 minutes in the fridge, if it’s hard to handle.
  5. Scoop out small portions of the dough and form small balls.
  6. Dip them in a bowl of melted chocolate (if you like) and place them on a cookie tray, lined with wax paper.
  7. Toss some sprinkles and allow the chocolate to set. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Be sure to heat treat the flour for safety.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by using more or less sugar.
