A delicious and creamy chicken bake loaded with broccoli and cheese.

- 1 ½ pounds chicken breast, cooked and chopped
- 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking chicken)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×11 baking dish and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear until golden and fully cooked, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Steam or blanch broccoli florets until vibrant green and just tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Stir in ½ cup of cheddar and ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, and sauce. Gently fold together until evenly coated.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to add other vegetables if desired.
