Description

Deliciously stuffed jalapeños perfect for parties or as a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 jalapeños
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise, then use a teaspoon to scoop out the seeds and white ribs, and discard them.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, everything bagel seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  4. Stuff your jalapeno halves with this mixture, and place them in a lined sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden on top.
  6. Garnish with finely chopped parsley or chives.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by removing more or less of the jalapeño seeds.
  • These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
