Description

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Prepare Muffin Tin: Lightly grease a muffin tin. Line each cup with a strip of bacon, circling the bottom and sides.
  4. Fill Muffin Cups: Divide the meat mixture evenly among the bacon-lined cups, pressing lightly to shape.
  5. Add Topping: In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and barbecue sauce. Spoon a small amount over each meatloaf cupcake for a glaze.
