- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Prepare Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Muffin Tin: Lightly grease a muffin tin. Line each cup with a strip of bacon, circling the bottom and sides.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Divide the meat mixture evenly among the bacon-lined cups, pressing lightly to shape.
- Add Topping: In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and barbecue sauce. Spoon a small amount over each meatloaf cupcake for a glaze.
- Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked and bacon is crispy.
- Rest: Allow to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing from the muffin tin.
