- Flatbread Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Goat cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Pepperoni
- 1/4 cup Prosciutto
- 1 cup Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1/2 Red Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: If using store-bought flatbread, skip this step. For homemade, roll out your dough to a thin oval shape using a rolling pin. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Assemble the Pizzas:
- Mushroom & Balsamic Pizza: Sauté sliced mushrooms in olive oil and garlic until browned. Spread mozzarella cheese over the dough, add sautéed mushrooms, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Tomato & Herb Pizza: Layer mozzarella as the base, add thinly sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Arugula & Prosciutto Pizza: Spread a mix of mozzarella and goat cheese, sprinkle arugula, and lay slices of prosciutto over the top.
- Pepperoni & Veggie Pizza: Top with mozzarella, sliced pepperoni, mushrooms, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
- Cooking: Place assembled pizzas on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden around the edges.
- Garnish: After baking, garnish the Arugula & Prosciutto pizza with freshly grated Parmesan. Add fresh basil to the Tomato & Herb pizza for a burst of flavor.

- Crispier Crust: For a crispier crust, preheat the baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven before placing the pizza on it.
