Enjoy your delicious artisanal flatbread pizzas!

Ingredients

Scale
  • Flatbread Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1/2 Red Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: If using store-bought flatbread, skip this step. For homemade, roll out your dough to a thin oval shape using a rolling pin. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Assemble the Pizzas:
    • Mushroom & Balsamic Pizza: Sauté sliced mushrooms in olive oil and garlic until browned. Spread mozzarella cheese over the dough, add sautéed mushrooms, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
    • Tomato & Herb Pizza: Layer mozzarella as the base, add thinly sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    • Arugula & Prosciutto Pizza: Spread a mix of mozzarella and goat cheese, sprinkle arugula, and lay slices of prosciutto over the top.
    • Pepperoni & Veggie Pizza: Top with mozzarella, sliced pepperoni, mushrooms, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
  3. Cooking: Place assembled pizzas on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden around the edges.
  4. Garnish: After baking, garnish the Arugula & Prosciutto pizza with freshly grated Parmesan. Add fresh basil to the Tomato & Herb pizza for a burst of flavor.

Notes

  • Crispier Crust: For a crispier crust, preheat the baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven before placing the pizza on it.
  • Cheese Variations: Experiment with different cheese blends to suit your taste.
  • Topping Adjustments: Customize toppings based on preference or seasonal availability.
  • Storage: Leftover pizzas can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
