Description

A delicious and creamy fruit salad made with cream cheese, Cool Whip, and a variety of fruits.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 12 ounces maraschino cherries (drained and cut in half, plus additional)
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • chopped walnuts (for optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl on low speed until completely smooth.
  2. Add the whipped topping in three additions, mixing on low until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the oranges, pineapple, cherries, coconut, and marshmallows.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and top with chopped walnuts and cherries if desired.

Notes

  • This salad is best served chilled.
  • For added sweetness, you can include more marshmallows.
