Description
A hearty and delicious slow cooker beef chuck roast with tender potatoes and carrots.
Ingredients

- 3 lb beef chuck roast
- 5 red or Yukon Gold medium potatoes (halved)
- 8 oz baby carrots
- 12 oz jar of beef gravy or gluten-free gravy
Instructions
- Using a 6 quart slow cooker, spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or use a Crockpot liner.
- Place roast beef on the bottom of the slow cooker, top with potatoes and carrots. The potatoes and carrots can be placed around the roast or on top as it fits your slow cooker.
- Pour the gravy directly over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Carefully remove and serve.
Notes
- This recipe can be served with a side of crusty bread for dipping into the gravy.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, if desired.
